I have several years experience in setting up, managing and maintaining company networks and I am also a qualified MCP in the Windows 2000 family. I have provided support for many companies including the Hyatt Hotel Group, British Marine Federation and Nova Datacentres.

Support can be provided in person or over the phone. I will also provide support using remote desktop systems such as Crossloop or Microsoft's own remote desktop.
